Booking reservations will be put in place on receipt of deposit/full payment and the guest's acceptance of Star Marina Ltd. terms & conditions. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure the booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Once your booking is confirmed any cancellation or change will be subject to cancellation penalties or change fees. General Cancellation Fees:
In excess of 14 days prior to Arrival - 30% of the package total. Within 14 days of Arrival - 50% of the package total. Within 7 days of arrival- 100% of the package total. General: We do take a small security deposit of through pre-authorisation on a credit card to be furnished to us here at the centre as security in case of damage to any of our equipment or property during your stay here. On departure and property left in good order then security deposit will be released back to you. The proprietors are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property during your stay or left behind after departure.
The no. of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without first contacting the reservations office due to our health and safety policy – if we are able to accommodate the increase in people taking part, the necessary per person charge will added to the invoice.
Pets with the exception of guide dogs are not permitted at any time.
If clients behave in a disruptive manner, cause damage to property or behave in any other manner deemed unreasonable by the officer of the company, activities may be terminated with no refund. All complaints must be made to Star Marina Ltd and if your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved please advise the manager as soon as possible.
Activities: Reservations for activities will be put in place on receipt of deposit/full payment and the guest's acceptance of Star Marina Ltd terms & conditions. Star Marina Ltd will endeavor to offer the requested activity choices requested by the guest(s) but will offer suitable alternatives if the guests first choice is not available. All sporting activities carry an element of risk of personal injury, guests must accept these risks and exercise due caution. Guests must obey the instructions of staff members at all times and adhere to all safety notices. Many activities on offer at Star Marina Ltd are weather dependant, thus Star Marina Ltd reserves the right to alter planned activities in the interest of safety. Cancellation or changes made to activities on the clients behalf are subject to a cancellation/change fee imposed by activity contractor.
PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Star Marina Ltd accepts payment by automated bank transfer, cheque or major credit/debit cards. Payment can be made online (please ask for bank details), by Credit/Debit Card, Postal Order, Cheque or Bank Draft to Star Marina Ltd., Dauros, Kenmare, Co. Kerry Ireland. If payment is not received, reservations will automatically cancel and deposit payment become forfeit. No travel documents will be sent out until full payment has been received. Payments by cheque must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival
